Before you reset your password

To reset your password you will need to have configured and have available at least two authentication methods. The methods available for you to configure are:

• An alternative email address

• SMS

• An app on your phone

You will have previously been prompted to configure these when you log in if they were not already configured.

Resetting your password

To reset your password, visit this page and enter your details. You will then be prompted to choose which method you wish to use to authenticate yourself. Once you have done so you will be prompted to enter a new password.
